FORWARD-BACKWARD ASYMMETRIES

The forward-backward assymmetry is defined as A$_{FB}$ = [ N(q$_{FB}>$ 0) $−$ N(q$_{FB}<$ 0)] $/$ [N(q$_{FB}>$ 0) + N(q$_{FB}<$ 0) ], where q$_{FB}$ = $−$ q$_{B}\cdot{}$sgn(${{\mathit \eta}_{{{B}}}}$) with q$_{B}$ as the ${{\mathit B}}$ hadron electric charge, ${{\mathit \eta}_{{{B}}}}$ as its pseudorapidity, and sgn(${{\mathit \eta}_{{{B}}}}$) as a sign function of ${{\mathit \eta}_{{{B}}}}$.

A$_{FB}({{\mathit B}^{\pm}}$ $\rightarrow$ ${{\mathit K}^{*}{(892)}^{+}}{{\mathit \mu}^{+}}{{\mathit \mu}^{-}}$) (14.18 $<$ q${}^{2}<$ 19.0 GeV${}^{2}$/c${}^{4}$)

1  SIRUNYAN 2021AC measurement is performed in 14.18 $<$ q${}^{2}$ $<$ 19.0 GeV${}^{2}$/c${}^{4}$. Reports also measurements in several other q${}^{2}$ intervals.
2  A$_{FB}$ is defined with respect to ${{\mathit \mu}^{+}}{{\mathit \mu}^{-}}$ direction and not the ${{\mathit B}}$ direction.
